Nicola is a family law lawyer practicing collaborative family law and all aspects of family law in Sudbury and North Eastern Ontario. Nicola was called to the bar in 1984 and did her collaborative law training in 2005. Working with other professionals in our collaborative law group in Sudbury the goal is to provide support through the emotional and financial stress of separation to achieve an out of court resolution of the issues each couple faces.
Collaborative law is geared to the parties particular circumstances and has the advantage of maintaining their privacy and focusing on the parties concerns in a respectful atmosphere. Our collaborative group is motivated to achieve a resolution that suits all parties and regularly meets for continuing educations and to improve our services for our clients.
