Trevor Hudson Adrian Kestle was born in Barrie and raised in the City of Greater Sudbury. Trevor received his Bachelor of Arts (honours) from Laurentian University in 1999 with a major in Law & Justice. Trevor received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 2003 and articled with Miller Maki LLP. Trevor was called to the Bar in July 2004 and has practiced exclusively family law with Miller Maki LLP. since his call to the Bar.
Area of Experience:
- Family law practitioner in the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. Experience dealing with custody, visitation, support, and the equalization of net family property
- Panel lawyer for the Family Responsibility Office (FRO) since 2009. Experience representing FRO at default hearings, motions and appeals
- Agent for the Ministry of Community and Social Services (COMSOC) and Ontario Works on support matters (2007 – present)
